The G-Train Mobility Shuttle Service

The G-Train Mobility Shuttle Service operates during public events held at the MCG.

The service is free and accessible to patrons with mobility challenges and in 2022, the G-Train will also feature vehicles with wheelchair-friendly access.

Pre-booking is not required; simply wait at a designated pick up point for the next available buggy. The service has pick up points from the following locations:

COVIDSafe Measures

The MCG committed to the ongoing wellbeing of all visitors to the Ground.

The Victorian Government has recently relaxed some of the COVIDSafe measures for the state. However when visiting the MCG, please remember to wash or sanitise your hands regularly, using one of the 275 Dettol hand sanitisation stations throughout the Ground.

We also recommend packing a fitted face mask. While masks are not required by patrons at the MCG, we strongly recommend masks be worn where physical distancing cannot be maintained. A reminder that face masks must also be worn on public transport and in rideshare vehicles.
