On Monday June 12, Big Freeze at the 'G returns in what will be its ninth consecutive year, with Melbourne and Collingwood to go head-to-head as the community unites to help raise funds to find a cure for the beast that is Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
The annual Big Freeze clash helps raise awareness and vital funds for FightMND – a charity co-founded by Neale Daniher in 2014. Every donation and beanie purchased helps fund MND research, and provides support for those living with MND.The MCG is proud to host the Big Freeze fixture in support of such an important cause, with a sea of blue beanies through the crowd anticipated, creating a powerful image that reflects the community’s widespread support.
