The AFL has released the fixture for Rounds 9 and 10 of the 2021 AFL Premiership Season, with the MCG to host three games across two rounds.
Following two triple-header weekends at the MCG in Rounds 7 and 8 – which includes a rematch of the 2020 AFL Grand Final between Richmond and Geelong Cats – Melbourne will host Carlton on Sunday May 16 at 3.20pm in the MCG’s only match of Round 9.The following week will see Carlton host Hawthorn in a Saturday afternoon timeslot, before Collingwood take on Port Adelaide on Sunday May 23 at 3.20pm.
