State of Origin returns in 2018

State of Origin rugby league will return to the MCG when it hosts Game 1 of next year’s series on Wednesday June 6, 2018.

A massive crowd of 91,513 packed the home of sport for the last Origin match in 2015, with expectations of a similar crowd next year to watch arch rivals New South Wales and Queensland.
