By entering Yarra Park Reserve (YPR) to park your vehicle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You must comply with all signs and directions displayed within YPR and any directions given to you by the Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC), including by its staff, agents or contractors (Personnel).
- The MCC does not guarantee that parking will be available at YPR. You acknowledge parking availability is subject to the advertised MCG parking schedule (which is subject to change), capacity and weather.
- You must pay the applicable parking fee on your entry into YPR (parking fee is displayed at the entrance). The parking fee is payable by card only, cash or other forms of payment will not be accepted. A further parking fee is payable each time the vehicle enters YPR.
- If an accessibility car parking pass has been purchased in advance a valid disability parking permit must be shown upon arrival to YPR.
- The speed limit within YPR is 10km/h.
- You must remove your vehicle from YPR after the conclusion of the event you attended. Gates to YPR will close 4 hours after the conclusion of the event.
- By parking in YPR, you acknowledge that:
- You will take reasonable precautions to avoid causing damage to YPR, yourself, your property (including your vehicle) and to other persons and their property (including their vehicle);
- YPR is an outdoor, public space. While the MCC agrees to provide this service with all due care and skill, the MCC does not guarantee that while parking in YPR you will not incur or suffer any damage to your person or property (including your vehicle). There are risks inherent in parking in YPR, including but not limited to damage caused to persons or property (including vehicles) by other persons or vehicles; theft or vandalism; and damage caused by weather conditions; and
- The MCC will not be responsible for, any loss, damage, claim or cost suffered or incurred as a result of or in connection with your use of YPR, except to the extent the loss, damage, claim or cost is caused by the MCC or its Personnel. The MCC is not liable to you (or any passengers in the vehicle, or any other party) for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage suffered or incurred as a result of or in connection with your use of YPR. - Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) provides you with statutory guarantees in relation to the supply of goods and services.
- If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force.
